The facelifted version of the Pajero Sport gets an upgrade to its engine. Now, the Mitsubishi Pajero Sport has an engine called the 2.4 liter Hyper Power turbodiesel. The 2.4L EURO-5 Hyper Power 4 cylinder commonrail turbo diesel intercooler engine is claimed to be more powerful by featuring a new generation electronic commonrail injection system.
Thanks to this engine, the Pajero Sport has a maximum power of 184 PS at 3,500 rpm (up 3 PS from the previous version) with a maximum torque of 430 Nm at 2,250-2,500 rpm.
Meanwhile, in the interior, there are several updates. Such as a digital instrument cluster and steering wheel that is similar to that of the Mitsubishi XForce. Then the seats now have a new pattern with a combination of red and black for certain variants in Thailand.
